Return & Exchange Policy

At AL-NISSA, we want you to love every piece you order from us. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll be happy to help you with an exchange.

• You can exchange your product within 14 days of purchase through our online store.

• Please note that items bought on sale or discount are not eligible for return or exchange.

• While we don’t offer cash refunds, we’ll issue you a store coupon that you can use anytime on your next purchase.

• Online purchases can only be exchanged through the online store and cannot be returned/exchanged at retail outlets (and vice versa).

• To qualify for an exchange, the product must be unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.

• Don’t forget to keep your original invoice, as it will be required for the exchange process.
